I can't remember what the name is but remember the plot if anyone knows it.
Its about this guy whose parents are dead and didn't have a lot of friends or external family. He dies in a car accident crossing the street and saves a medium (i think) who gives him a second chance. He wakes up as a red haired character who (also has the same surname as the MC) is in the hospital after trying to kill himself (because his family ignores him and brother abuses him). After a while he finds out that his friend arranged his funeral for him. Eventually friend realized, from hand writing and the way he said his name that he was the person he cherished. He ends up falling for him as they spend more time together...
