i think hes just making the granpa feel better enough to the point that he could wake up and interact with the uke, that doesnt mean that he’s extending his life tho, he’ll deff still die some time in the manhwa
He asked him to save his grandfather and he did. The grandfather is awake now and still breathing, but that doesn't stop him from aging. He's just at the age where the MC will have to let him go. Plus I also think that the ML is sick/dying and the grandfather's life could also be dependent on ML's.
