To my understanding, she was in modern society and lived a long life until she passed away due to old age. Then she was reborn and became Judith and slowly forgot her previous life. Then all of what happened in the first timeline of her reborn life happened and she died. Then her nephew used his wish later on and turned back, resulting in her coming back to life, hence the second (current) timeline happening.
But in modern society she was a young woman that was hit by a truck after a night of drinking and in her original life she was killed young by franz, I think you meant her grandmother that she looks like died due to old age? Also I think the lives goes from evil Judith to modern day lady to Now Judith bc evil Judith had no modern day memories

In the *first* timeline of her *second* life, she was killed by Franz. The timeline goes -modern life, 1st timeline of "evil" Judith, AND THEN the current timeline. The moment she was reborn as Judith she slowly forgot her memories of her modern life
