This was a very good read, my favorite dramatic part was Ramses and Kail having their catfight in the mud....NAKED while everyone else was actually, ugh, Idk fighting a war xD. Priorities my dudes, but men and woman are usually like that, right? If they didn't felt embarrassment I SURE DID.
I'm still conflicted over Yuri because I do like her a lot, how she was an immature girl to a capable warrior and Queen, BUT is obvious that she had some crazy "Luck" I loooooove a cool warrior lady like everyone else but c'mon, at one moment she didn't even knew the other cities locations and the next she was the second most important commander fighting soldiers, I would have liked to see her studying too, to make sense ofc, anyway I do get her wanting to be independent, because lady wanted to actually go home or at least thought it wasn't worth having more people dying for her, the people who died for her also decoded it on their own, like Ursula, Rusafa and Tito, and Zannaza was going to die anyway.
Still the thing I wanted the most was for her to at least see her family one last time, they think (along with her first suitor) tha she just dissapeared, they must have felt devastated and literally never knew of her again, how bittersweet.
