my third read... or so..

did another reread of this, no regrets. still got so emotional over sooah's arc and how mirae ended up being her savior... i love their development, and although i wish that sooah and mirae could've been friends at the end, i like this more open end as well. sooah doing well on her own with her cat and that nice freckled girl in her neighborhood! it did make me think about how things could've been if mirae and sooah had known each other when they were younger.

also, reading this in 2024 made me think of that recent korean deepfake situation, and it's so disgusting to think that so many men in this webtoon also had no qualms about spreading candid photos of someone. absolutely sickening what these men were doing and their attitudes towards women and their appearance. reading that part now made me so much more disgusted than during my previous reads. just goes to show how disgusting some men can be.
