It's a fairly common thing in these settings that when a certain level of martial arts is reached, one can "regress"/their body gets "reborn"/reformed to a younger appearance and/or their body stays the same youthful appearance for ages, depending on when they reach that level. It changes a bit depending on the story/setting but yeah - not surprising that Chung Myung looked young when he died despite being many decades older ╮(￣▽￣)╭
