Iltak probably will need a huge character development to his character before he befriends anyone to just be friends. That guy doesn't want friends, he want underlings, he wants to be in the top again and be able to step on people like he used to do. That's exactly why he tries to get close to hyunwoo cus he's the "strongest" so keep your hopes low until the character development happens sis
