That's a lot of mind reading from ML part if I understand what you mean, I just think MC should stop crying for once and actually talk his mind to ML who have always been clear with MC (no dating, only sex, thinking it would hurt MC he tell him they should stop, MC cry because he want to continue so they continue to hook up), now ML realised he fell in love he try to talk to MC for god knows how long, almost harassing him to talk and then MC break up with him, there's really nothing else to say, well no, maybe MC should talk and answer the question "why?" which he did with some nonsense and lies but I don't know how it's ML's fault ?
