To be fair Cedric didn’t even like her to begin with so not believing him would be valid. The only reason he was protecting her in the first place was because he was ordered to do so #－.－)

That’s make it even worse imo cuz he was ordered to do it what made her think he would go against imperial orders just to get rid of her? Plus it seemed like he was warming up to her and it seemed like she noticed that cuz they were basically being buddy buddy. If he hated her that much now I doubt he would be trying as hard as he is. Also I can’t get over the fact a group of people that are reliable said that girl seemed suspicious and she still trusted her.
