It wasn't like this at all in the novel, they "thought" she was in the evil side and abandoned her while she was waiting to be saved since she was all beaten up and couldn't exactly move well, then when she noticed no one was going to go after her she scaped and many things happened..., I'm honestly really interested in how things are gonna turn out, all the changes they made are pretty good so far, I hope this one do well too

Yeah she gets whipped and beaten by sophia and is almost unconscious when she hears that Cliff arrived. She wakes up and unties herself because its quiet and everyone is gone. Cliff didn’t even bother to check on her. There was no Lize asking cliff to do “just this one thing for her” and edith didn’t find out Lize was the author until she completed the third condition. Her finding out now in the manwha is something they added in. Edith wondered if ml agreed because wanted posters were put up for her after she went “missing” and a bit because of Sophia’d words ig. That’s why im wondering wtf the plan is now that edith knows who lize is. Like, how will she achieve the third condition of accepting her death when she already knows who the author is…but i assume she will think she lost because she thinks killian still likes lize and because lize and sophia are literally framing her rn. Idk man

If I'm not remembering wrong I think she must've been whipped and there should've been something like a fallen hat and blood on the chair?? And she... Did she hear them talking? Wasn't it like she thought that "they didn't think she was in it but also didn't want to save her.". So she was wondering whether ML did agree with this or not?? Also wasn't it like she got out after they left? It's been a long time since I read the novel so I'm not exactly sure... And I know that it doesn't exactly has to be the same as the novel...
