Did we read the same story??

I see a lot of people questioning the students age and mentioning the age gap but just to be clear if you actually read it all the way through then you’d know that they did nothing romantic or sexual until he graduated highschool and was in college. They go over that in chapter two and also at the very beginning they say that he’s a 3rd year in highschool. Which would mean that he’s most likely 17 to 18 in chapter 1 and the most part of chapter 2 before entering college which would likely make him 18 or 19 possibly even 20. I think a lot of y’all also glossed over the fact that when ML confessed to sensei he was rejected and told that they couldn’t date and that his feelings weren’t reciprocated. So basically I think a lot of y’all need to go back and reread ts cs obviously y’all js skimmed or some shit. But basically it’s not too bad.
