Will.yeah, this unlimited reincarnation seemed similar into SDS. But in SDS, only the Princess Elizabeth will die. She will die in Three days if she remembers Meliodas, and they love each other. The curse on her was unlimited reincarnation, while the ML, Meliodas's curse is he will never die what ever happened to him.
The worst is.. after Elizabeth dead in three days, Meliodas will found her by himself right after she's dead.

So have you heard abt this anime called Seven Deadly Sins.. it just happens to have the reincarnated lovers trope but with extra trauma....(ok so um ik not that many ppl like it bc of the tit grabbing but the plot makes it worth watching)
