I think the Emperor does, which is why he's trying to keep both Shu and Valia close to him. But if his bone head son, that scum family, and that corrupt priest keep stirring up mess, they're gonna find out quickly why they should've stayed in their place.
...not sure if they are stupid or in denial... like in what world do they think this would work out? Do they not knos who they are dealing with?
