There’s a BL I’ve read called bound to be fools and there was a lot of conflict but in the end the two main characters actually didn’t end up together. One of them was disabled and he left to go do physical therapy & the other guy also moved on with his life. I really respect the author for that ending because it’s not often in BL authors chose to show that the characters are better seperate than together. I hope something similar happens in under the green light, Jin deserves better than them all.
I mean, it isn't like Jin has been making some ground breaking choices in his life either. He isn't some sweet baby who hasn't done any wrong.
Just like Mathew has been making his fair share of bad choices, so has Jin. Mathew tried to be as understanding as he could be, but they just are not compatible. The worlds they live in are way too different and Jin keeps relapsing back into his addiction again and again. They are both flawed and that's exactly the point.
Mathew clearly has abandonment issues from when Jin left him behind. Mathew left behind everything so that he could be with Jin. I think it's a little disingenuous to paint him as a selfish person who can't see anything beyond himself. It's just that neither of them know what healthy relationships actually look like.
Brandon is a disgusting fucking pig, scum of the earth!! I hope there's proper revenge in the future!
on a different note, I'm glad he beat the shit out of Matthew.. he's been nothing but selfish, not knowing what hardships Jin has had to endure and constantly guilt-trips him about the past. No matter the reasons, drugging him and fcking like that for days without his consent is not excusable!! especially since Jin clearly seems to have major drug related trauma. He crossed a line!
I just wanna see Jin free and happy, wtf!! all these weirdos need to get away from him
