they aren’t siblings, the blonde is the child from the seme father’s first love (not mistress) so there is no blood relation at all, they only grew up together because the seme’s father took in the blonde after both his parents died in an accident
And it actually stated in there that the seme's father never did registered the blond guy as his adoptive son. Seme took him after his mother had thrown glass cup at blode guy when he was young and took him out of the house and took care of him.
