While FL's relationship with her ex only lacks communication. I wish she asked her ex back then what he meant. Then break up with him if she's not satisfied with his answer. He seems a good person and he needs a closure. If they get back together at some point of this story, I don't mind as long as they clear things up. There are so many unanswered questions for them unlike ML's ex which is clearly a hopeless case.
