    I get that, and I love a slow burn. I don't even like the latter lmao, but thanks for the comparison? Anyway, for me, they just aren't it. I just don't feel their chemistry ¯_(ツ)_/¯

    Maybe it's because even if it's a slow burn in a way that they probably won't be in a relationship for a very long time, their feelings didn't even have time to marinate (audience wise)— and that's something that's what I love about slow burns. And for me those are the true essence of slow burns! I wish they'd show SOMETHING that displays their feelings to one another deeply, like the reason why he likes her even after all these years passed. Right now, it's just boring af
