I think cause she's a Dragon?? Maybe she's aging slower cause she have longer lifespan
But don't they just grow normally and stop aging around their prime?

If I remember correctly the dragon can only grow if they receive love from a someone they imprinted on as a parent. It was explained in an earlier chapter by the brown haired tutor with glasses
