Why's the rating low?

Eh, some people cant seem to accept other countries have different laws compared to theirs... and also some can't separate fiction from reality and has gone bandwagon on downvoting. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Aside from that, some have said the art takes a bit to get used to but the writings good. My suggestion is to take a sit and try it out to see if it'd pique your interest. (〜￣△￣)〜
