Cause its funny
I literally have a list called “no brain” for content like that. It’s so I can use zero brain going into it with zero expectations and basically just read with zero effort lol better than spacing out to shitty tv shows or movies tbh
I want to see if my theory matches up with the plot and it does. every. single. time.
- I started it and my ocd won't let me drop it until I finish it
- it's funny
- smut
- the art is pretty
- I really like a certain character for some reason
Cause I have to know what it’s about before I start hating on it for being shitty ┐(￣ヘ￣)┌
And if some are bad in the way that it’s literally just bad, I read it cause they’re funny
Cause i'm a nosey bitch and have a gruesome need to know what happens next, see if it gets better or if it doesn't
but it's not like I read the whole thing, I check comments for spoilers, skim through the chapters, screenshot the funny shit and talk to the imaginary audience on how this community is cooked.
Because it makes for a good distraction whenever I get upset or just bored.
Because the comment is fun to read with context duh(but if its get TOO dumb i eventually stop reading it before my brain gets too smoothed out)

For me, I read that shit because when I go into it, I go with no expectations so that when I read it, I’m not surprised
