True, I get why she couldn’t before because of her low position in the household and she didn’t have any means to search on her own. However, that changed once she got married. She could’ve been looking for her, not only once it started affecting her comfy lifestyle. Plus, she even knows she can’t tell the old woman the real reason why, since it’s a shallow reason.
