I doubt, seeing how he act towards Hyunseo while they're still in their school. I think thats how he is naturally but given the situation and many things occurred while growing make him change to be petty and nasty.
there must be some supernatural shit going on here, some isekai or something, bc I'm pretty sure that's not how amnesia works. Your entire personality and subconscious preferences don't change to that degree, he literally is a different person. The ending of ch6 might sort of hint at that...so it'll be interesting to see where it goes from here
