As far as I know it's impossible for someone with narcissistic disorder / psychopathic behavior to get cured and fall in love. The only love possible to occur within them is for themselves and their kin (son/daughter) to continue their "psychopath" trait. I'm a psychology student, but still have a long way to go, might as well do some research after this. But okay, the summary sounds good, I'll read it.
