I can recognize this is fiction so I won’t say anything directly about the manhwa itself (I don’t want the psycho fans come for me.) but in real life, this could be very well labeled rape. Even if they say yes, to protect urself and the other person, don’t have sex with someone drunk. They are not in the right of mind to make a conscious decision!!
