I believe you're looking for Love Shuttle it's a completed omegaverse series
Dropping in to say that it's a side story for Love Shuttle, just in case you check the main story and don't see the couple you're thinking of.

The mc is an omega, 80% sure he's got black hair. He has 3~4 older Alpha brothers, I think, and they all have grayish blueish hair. MC does not resemble anyone in the family but no one except one brother says something about it. That brother is low-key weirdly obsessed with mc but he isn't the love interest. In one scene mc ran away from someone and he ended up at that brothers house, that brother took advantage of the mc (he only kissed I think) and mc ran away again to end up at love interests (alpha) house. Who then proceeds to throw mc into the shower to wash off the brothers' pheromones. It's not a manga and I'm not sure if it's completed or ongoing.
