Everything is understandable. Lee Sooha was mentally unstable from the beginning. I mean, who would stay with a dead corpse for an entire week, trying to starve themselves? Only someone who's mad would do that. Being crazy and seeking love, attention, and affection made things worse for him, in my opinion, given his personality. Despite Haewon giving him physical care at the beginning, after discovering his feelings for Sooha, Haewon did a lot of things he despised just to keep Sooha with him. He didn't feel the need to let Sooha know, which is logical. Who would tell their partner, 'I'm doing this and that just for you, so shut up and be thankful'? That would be a burden to his partner as well.

This was the biggest misunderstanding, leading to all the consequences that followed. When Sooha felt betrayed and deceived—which he wasn't, but for a mentally unstable person, it was the perfect reason to do what he did. So everything is understandable, and the story plot was well-written.

I also didn't like his mom. She was the cause of everything. Despite knowing Haewon wasn't her blood-related brother, meaning Sooha wasn't his nephew, she should have let go of the matter and let Haewon take Sooha from the beginning. She just ruined her son's life with her own hands.
