Nah, its really the cover. I got rage baited by it too... was gonna read 1-2ch and talk sheet about it. Ended up reading everything and lmao. The cover of some yaoi bothers me too tbh.

Now, (smut aside) think about the story: a popular playboy talks crap about a novel he thinks is shitty and get sent into it by the author, but possess a character the author removed cuz he didn't like him and now the author is trying to kill him and he's trying to mess up the story, stay alive and find a way back. That's actually pretty interesting no? And at least we are given a reason for him to go around seducing and fricking those women and not just because of plot armor.

And lastly... to me is double more funny because I do have 1 or 2 friends that are "popular playboys" like the mc and let me tell you... at least they put a lot of effort into it, so I know for sure they'd be as pissed about that ogNovel as the mc... and would do the same as him in his place.

All in all if you can skim over the smut it's actually pretty interesting and funny.
