I think yi-rim is nauseous due to his medication or aftermath of surgery? I’m pretty sure
would make sense
it was mention on the previous chapter that's the side effect/aftermath of his surgery and Yi-ho wont let them have a 2nd child yet
what im confused about is why the author is showing us that yi-rim is nauseous. like is it what im thinking or it’s just not that serious and the author is trolling us
