She is def going to die first, the first chapter, the letter, she wrote it. Also I don't think her condition will go away or be cured, thats impossible.

we don't know what's going to happen. we've been making theories about anyone by now, the person we're seeing at first could be anyone, and the letter sent could be written by anyone.
Someone pls tell me if shes going to die in the future from the illness so that i could stop reading. Bc i won't be able to handle the heartbreak very well if she dies
