Overall the book is good. Like 7/10 or 8/10 type of good. Lots of fight scenes.

Disclaimer~ my cons may sound like a lot but the pros are literally what brings this story together and they somehow outweigh the cons. I read this story like four days ago and I’m reading it again, that’s how good it is.

Pros:
A few near death experiences but he overcomes them and the reasoning behind him overcoming those experiences are logical which a lot of stories just make up a bunch of mumbo jumbo and expect you to understand. The actual storyline or whatever is smooth and nice. The MC is kind and the friend that he made is a female but she’s not annoying which you can’t say for many books like this.

Cons: poor art~ it’s very simple like the art isn’t horrible but it’s kind of like webtoon art.

The Math doesn’t add up SOMETIMES. Someone else commented about how the math is bad and I commented that I don’t think that they thought we would pay attention, but it’s hard not to pay attention if we’re reading it.

The side characters are ever so slightly annoying. His sister is a tough love tsundere, which isn’t that annoying but it’s always on my mind that she’s rude as fuck. When he first meets his three companions in the dungeon they are… annoying. The girls kindness and his kindness was the only redeeming qualities of him meeting those three, as the other two tried to basically kill him. Matter of fact, most people that he meets try’s to kill him even though he looks human. It’s quite odd.

Personal pet peeve: the part where the man that killed him just somehow guesses that he’s a monster disguised as a human is absolutely unnecessary. Like where did that even come from. The only redeeming factor about it was the explanation behind it but that whole section felt rushed and sloppily put together like I don’t understand why that was needed in the story? So that the MC can forgive him? We already know that the MC is a kind and caring person we don’t there was literally no need for that scene.
