The novel itself is very exposition heavy, and I think in order not to have too many chapters, they try to put as much as they can in each one so we won’t have to wait too long for the interactions between Jiheon and Jaekyoung

thanks for explaining the reaaonunfortunately, the current market does not allow for this slower construction nowadays because people want things to happen as quickly as possible :/
