I have to say, as a novel reader, webtoons usually make those sensitive topics milder than what's described originally. Sometimes to make less graphic, other times just for adaptation sake.
In this case, they made the scene shorter. It's similar enough, but fall a little flat In comparison. The webtoon gave the impression that the attack was more an "anger explosion" from Cesare, while in the novel you can see that he wants to hurt her, because he comes back to continue the attack.

Ngl from novel readers spoilers (they hyped this A LOT) I was expecting more a way more heartbreaking torture scene but I would say it wasn't as bad as I expected... happy for my girl to finally stand up for herself
