Question!

In ch 4 Haebeom asks Sung ho "what's her name?"
Then why is it implied in ch 8 that he didn't know whether the baby was a girl or a boy.

Is it a translation issue or am I missing something?

He probably didn’t use he or she because from what we know he assumed it was a boy because she was bald

Just a guess, maybe the translator changed the gender neutral pronoun from the original language into gender specific in english; because many languages use gender neutral terms when addressing people. It's just that in english, when using gender neutral terms, (They/them) it comes off as weird sounding since it's associated with plural nouns ╮(. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)╭ Dang that was long.

Translation problem. In Korean, the author used gender neutral pronouns for baby, so the translators used she/her not knowing that Haebom mistaking the baby's gender would be a plot point.
