Exactly my thought when i first read the chapter before this one, i was like... "Wait... What about the hospital record? She doesn't have a name yet right?" Or maybe they just put it as her guardian name which is Sungho(?) but idk too....
Yh cuz i remember Kwon asking about it and Sungho told him her mom named her “Unknown+ Sungho’s last name” so yh that’s probably the name he used
