Okay but why people don't like it? Same clearly loves doctor like fully , it shows multiple times and doc loves him too and he got over his dedication too from help of his boyfriend . As for sa .... Well you can't run away from it ha in thia fuking place but thanks god it's not that brutal and at least gives some plot??? And it's acknowledged by seme that he was shitty and by doc that he didn't really liked it . So overall i think it was interesting story p.s i don't like "bff" at all
