Yaoi manga title

Please help me..
I can't remember this yaoi title.
What I remember is that the story is about the uke family who suddenly go bankrupt (his family at first was rich), and then the seme (the uke and the seme had known each other for few years. If I remember correctly, it had been a while since the last time they meet and it was when they were in school or college?) ask the uke's sister to marry him. But, the uke substituted his sister.
