lowkey mary sue?

The Noah part is easy to understand and explain because from his perspective she always liked him in an annoying way and then she despised him which if ya do the math from his perspective THE MATH WASN'T MATHING, so that left him with curiosity about her which he never had before and naturally when you're constantly asking questions in your mind all the time you might ask unrelated questions like "wouldn't she look nice in this color today?" And naturally unrelated questions can trigger unrelated STRONG emotions.

So NATURALLY when you're a strong prince with all the power you can wield over the people and ONE PARTICULAR person doesn't want anything to do with you, which is causing you to experience emotions that you've never experienced before you end up 2 underlying emotions HATE AND LOVE (WHICH ARE LITERALLY THE SAME EMOTION JUST ON DIFFERENT SPECTRUMS) and BAM princy likes her.

To explain everyone else's realistic like for her is also obviously understandable, which is SHE AIN'T ACTING THE SAME STAND OFF-ISH LONER AS SHE DID BEFORE, she's being herself which is very likeable and she's talented because she was born with a photographic memory. To sum it up she fucking awesome, but her first 2 trys failed and her 3rd try is her golden egg so she's earned it. Please don't gloss over that she was INDEED MURDERED TWICE BECAUSE SHE WASN'T THE MC IN THIS STORY BUT THE VILLAINESS WHO IS SUPPOSE TO FAIL AND DIE. Also you forget that her family doesn't love her they want to use her, so she doesn't fit the "marry sue" template just quite. ∠( ᐛ 」∠)＿

i disagree. i understand why he would want her powers, but for such a cold hearted dude who constantly would kill her for nothing, even when she was doing okay, it doesn’t make sense to easily fall in love with someone he despised/didnt care when hes a power hungry ass. hes power hungry, greedy— it would make sense to wanting to posess her but fall in love? eh.

the others…its not about liking her as a friend. its about EVER man shes not related to and interacted with, falling in love with her. BOTH her friends & the crown prince who USED to LOATH her/think of her as something easily killed off with no regards as if she was a insect, including a fourth guy whose very powerful & never heard of before, showing immense interest in her for some reason…its weird. why do they all have to love her? shes a neat person sure, but all of the relevant men to love/be immensely interested in her is weird & gives off mary sue vibes. a mary sue btw doesn’t have to be loved by her family. its often that they were abandoned by their families or are orphans. usually they v powerful/unique power & soo quirky & all relevant men are super duper interested & in love with them & they always have that one irrelevant female bestie and thats basically it with women in the story. rest are mostly men to showcase how super duper awesome the fmc is.

how does it matter that she lived three times, its mostly a plot point & doesn’t really make sense if you read the spoilers, two couldve been enough. the only difference here is that shes now sooo quirky and unlike the other girls of her social standing which makes her so unique and interesting and almost everyone is so into her and she has basically no flaws expect being a bit unstable with her magic & like ? idk being stressed fast maybe thats it lowkey. no need to yell btw, this is just a manga not your real life bestie

Ahahaa I think also when it comes to her being powerful, that makes sense too. She was able to grow because of her past lives. It's not just a sudden power gain. Her photographic memory I feel is her only special quirk.
Otherwise, we get to see her grow and why she's likeable to the 3 dudes (each in their own way). Ignoring the prince (which likes her for messier reasons), having a love triangle isn't that abnormal or Mary sue like.

her “quirk” isnt just the photogenic memory, but also knowing that this is the world from a book, plus unlimited mana. she is also so beautiful but doesn’t know it & three people are in love with her but she doesn’t realise it. i get why the mage is in love with her. but also the knight? AND crown prince? AND there is a mysterious powerful man whose so interested in her lol. basically 4 men interested in her and all she does is being #notlikeothergirls in regards that she is so blunt and so powerful. idk. i dont get why the other men are in love with her to be honest. i don’t understand why the knight likes her.

Hmm I don't think we know exactly why the crown prince is interested in-story either tbh probably something that'll be explained later. I see what you mean surface level, but even in story it's felt as weird.


Though for the other stuff.
When it comes to beauty, of course she is. She was the villainess against the heroine. She's also very aware that she's beautiful. She just likes the heroine more so it's not highlighted often explicitly.
When it comes to the love interests' interest, she was aware of reynold though less/not really of luke (which she didnt remember until the most recent chapter due to the memory wipe). I think that makes sense with how the story has gone. And when it comes to the other guy, eugene, I feel like he's more just interested in her because of luke. It's giving secret villain after all.

When it comes to the novel part,
this *is* just an isekai so I didn't really attribute that towards Mary sue-dom. I can see what you mean, but it is just a characteristic of this sort of story.


Tbh if you only read from the start of the most recent season, I 100% get your Mary sue accusation. But from the start, I don't see it. I think we see enough of her flaws and general growth to mitigate that.
