Just take a look at the author’s insta, you’ll see her clarify something about the story multiple times. There’s another guy involved in the story and this is arc is only showing the backstory, not the actual main story.
No it’s also my personal preference as well, I don’t like how you grieve someone you just lost and that someone meant the whole world and was your lover, yet fall in love with another just because you find her similar. Idk man it’s just not my thing
