Uhhhh Botan wasn't mad that Maoka slept with someone else, he was mad that Maoka was potentially raped by someone he thought was a friend lol I highly doubt Botan would be upset that Maoka wasn't a virgin, it was the thought that someone could have harmed him in a way that would be difficult to ever heal from that set him off.
Yeah, he was starting to get jealous that Maoka was starting to branch out and make more friends, but that's a common thing with real people, too.
