Im sorry but they honest to god could have had that conversation without the rape. Like it still could have been traumatic for Igris if the prince did something else. And if the rape was still 'needed' they could have done it in like black panels with small illustrations of igris crying or the princes mouth while he spoke or something. Some of you guys might get what i mean. But seriously what is the point of drawing full on rape as if they are 'making love'. Really the only times i can stomach rape is when the story is a psychological thriller or it happens sparingly you know? Also of someone replies to this saying "if your gonna complain why are you still reading?" Im gonna crash out because im not complaining im just pointing shit out. Cuz even if its fiction and note real rape is rape and it makes anyone with a fucking brain uncomfortable especially when its repeated like a damn show all the time
