No. JooHwan (MC) kissed ML (JiHyun), to which JiHyun punched him for kissing him. Then JooHwan retaliated by choking JiHyun. But instead of fighting him off he lets JooHwan choke him. Then he grips JooHwan and asks "what about (yours) stealing my first kiss". To which MC responded by kissing him.
