Hosu doesn’t know YET. Thats also why he’s still volunteering at the orphanges. But the people around him do know. It’ll be a pretty big revelation. It’ll probably be uncovered by Nagi(if he had a concrete evident), or the pimp (as blackmail) or the old creepy old man (as blackmail)
