Delusion. She has apparently been winning for a while to the point that she has gone senile. She has done so many evil things and the underworld didn't seem to care or punish her for it. She has turned so many people's lives to shit and she has never been punished at all so she now thinks she's invincible. But although the underworld doesn't intervene in human activities, when someone as stupid as her trespasses to harm one of their own aka the literal son of Yama, she's gonna get so wrecked.
