19 day because the type of comedy they use to try and create interest in such a slow story was just not my thing.
the story was always hovering between a story and a gag so sometimes it would be serious and then suddenly it wouldn't. when it was serious it wasn't serious enough and focused more on the idea of the problem not the problem itself... like either do a KHR or a Kekkai Sensen but don't take the worst of both and shove them together...
I've dropped both of those, so I get where you are coming from. I agree about 19 Days. It's way too long because the author tries to do too much with the story. It easily could have wrapped 200 chapters ago.
So glad i'm not the only one who feels the same way with 19 days but tbh the author is a bag chaser fr. To be able to drag a story for so long is a skill.
Yesss I agree!!! I didn’t see the appeal of salad days at all, yeah it was a cute shounenai, but… nothing… happened between them??? Both mcs are lacking character…. There’s not much depth to them or the story imo ~ I’d have to say I don’t understand why “Highschool Boy” is always on the homepage now. It’s so obviously for pdfs… first 4 pages in I immediately put it down
