This is the closest I can find, but I don’t think there really is a story with a genuinely ugly mc, most of the time, the thing that the authors use what they think makes someone ugly is freckles, thin hair, big eyes with a dot for the inside thing(I forgot what it was called), and a pretty skinny, like skin and bones body type
