Like, I've read a bit of the novel and honestly, the manga REALLY glosses over how both of the ML's are just complete pieces of manipulative shits. In the novel, Ian straight up tells her he's holding her mom hostage, while here it's just sort of heavily implied, and ML (Caelus? I forget his name lol) is 10 times more controlling.
I dropped this manga and then forgot why I had, but dear God have I now remembered.
