I mean, if he is promiscuous, fine. But that doesn't mean he has to force other people to be in his fuck buddy list. I can see why the ML would be reluctant to end up as one of the hundreds of people the MC has slept with. I hope ML doesn't give in easily and they don't end up sleeping with each other so early on. Establish their relationship first, make sure the MC isn't just using him as a stepping stone to get out of there and actually wants the ML.
