The way you pin pointed every single nuance that I also noticed is crazy, like EXACTLY (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
At first I was like "damn that's good?" but nah she mid. I'll just list everything I found weird af, and the annoyances just built enough over time to start skipping chapters after chapter 30ish. It not unholy or whatever, just annoying enough to make you reconsider wasting your time.
-You cant tell me that mask hides ANYTHING + his story, girl should know esp after the 2nd visit, there's only so many coincidences
-How the fuck does this whole letter magic system work?? It's a nitpick but it was weird just seeing that without any statements or what have you. Magic in general is taken for granted, like wdym there's researchers who study mana? Since when? Purification powers, where the hell are those from? Are some people just born special and if so how do these founding nobles inherit them? Explain??
-How come her guild can't record anything on a nutorious cheater/the fiance she's been wanting to get rid of since forever, like how would he be able to "interfere" with that?
-"Maze of house LABYRINTH", kill me now.
-What's their curse anyway? If it's being fragile then it's very poorly shown bc ML gets weaker and drained from using his powers too. Seems like that just comes with the territory.
-The rite has to be performed by the founding families, so why is the prince there >dressing up as an unknown noble< besides FL performing the rite?
-FL is able to resist the "dragon charm" but then she can't?
-I hate this trope where there's whatever empire founding lore and it's obviously the FL and ML as gods or whatever and they really loved each other tragically. There's not even a plot twist around that or whatever.
-Who the hell is FL then? Like it'd be nice if FL acknogledged for a moment what her og identy was. Obviously it's gonna be that one beloved-by-the-dragon-girl from the lore, but make her reflect at least? Anything?
Tirielle or what was her name (og FL), or rather the Empress seem promising as villains. If I had it my way (let's call it a theory) her purification power functions like a purge on ML.
It erases the dragon in him which for outsides looks like purification, but is actually erasing his powers and making him vulnurable. Theoretically, it'd be like erasing his soul or a fragment of it since he is the evil dragon reincarnate, thus he could forget his love for our FL too. And with all that he'd become the perfect puppet for the Empress to control while Tire aka og FL can live out her delusions.
