Jiwoon is paying for his siblings college not Suha. Kindly read while paying attention. Suha clearly said that Jiwoon is paying his sibling’s college tuition and also giving them a stipend. Suha is just consulting his friend whether Jiwoon’s action show he still has affection for his family and wants to meet them.
