I think author is just reinforcing the reminder and also showing us how he will inevitably crash out with signs like being more aggressive w side chick and suspicious towards the relationship b/e ML and FL
Personally, I think it’s good to show these scenes because a lot of people are still rooting for the second male lead which is crazy to me because he’s such an awful person just bc he’s hot
I'm one of those people who was actually rooting for Taeha at first not just because he is good looking. The reason is Soo ha and him are both victim of Soo ha's father. But after reading that he was annoyed about taking care of her, I stopped hoping for a change. So I think that was enough reason and adding sex scene for almost half of the chapter is unnecessary. May two or three panel is okay. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Hmm I see your perspective but he was also neglecting the female lead and gaslight her, And he also manipulates her. He’s no longer the victim when he’s actively doing those things well with the female lead at least. His actions make sense for him, but they don’t excuse him. Female lead is not taking her anger out on him, getting married to some guy or basically abused her whole life by her father too.
Also this is smut first and romance after. Smut scenes are going to pane out whether we like it or not. I guess it’s not necessary per se, but it definitely adds to his character. And this is a build up to side chick goading him to looking more into FL’s relationship w ML I bet. It’s like the scenes between him and his side chick are just gonna be them talking over coffee. She’s his side chick for a reason they’re going to be fucking lol

I was okay at first seeing Taeha and his bitch sex part because of the smut and tbh it is hotter than Soo ha and Mr. Yoon. But I am gettimg tired of it. I wanted to see more of Soo ha and Mr. Yoon fucking like Taeha and his bitch. Soo ha dominating Mr. Yoon, ridinh him etc. Taeha will cry for sure if he found out. Hahahaha.
